Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of CAD 9.99 per order.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

3. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost by the carrier, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping company.
However, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
