Return Policy

At Laki Hijabs, we take great pride in the quality of our scarves. If you are not satisfied due to a defect, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for defective items. To qualify, the scarf must:

• Be in its original condition

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Be returned in the original packaging (including tags and accessories)

• Be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or if the scarf has been worn, washed, or is not in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

If you received a defective item, please contact us on laki.scarves@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
